Sessions are 1-2 hours long, up to 4 for a newborn, and take place on-location - a place of your choosing (I can help, too!), or in your home. I try to maintain a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. No one needs to say cheese and smile. In fact, if you do, I might not take the picture! It's my job to capture your family as they are, freezing the love, the fun, the wacky, the weird...I do more than record what you look like, I strive to record who you are.
In-home sessions are a little different and a lot of fun. It might seem weird to have your house as the backdrop, but it is the perfect accompaniment. It is the board that your game of life takes place. Think ahead 20 years, your kids are grown, you may live in a different house... These pictures will bring you right back to this time, the feelings, the smells, and the emotion. During our brief time together, I really try to get to know you and your family so I can capture and tell your story.
Within two weeks I will post a private gallery with your edited images from your session for your review. If you are happy with what you see, I create your CD of your images and drop it in the mail for you to use to print and produce as you desire.
